(3) Shenzhen Gold & Silver Jewelry Creative Industry Association Intellectual Property Alliance will offer protection to designer’s intellectual property rights. Fees shall be borne by SGSJCA and the intellectual property rights owned by the designer. So please indicate in the SGSJCA 201800001 Item Target Work Sheet if you have applied for the protection of intellectual property rights.
